Try adding tracking enhancer in lows, i am noob for loki but since you use capless guns isn't better for you to use active shield tanking, only thing that atm takes cap is your propulsion mod so you should have plenty of cap to tank with combined with your speed and you would increase your damage with tracking enhancer significantly. Speed tank will save ur ass but i really wonder how that fit fares under 5+ TDs which is Sansha Special.
